    Make sure it’s smooth and not too tight.
  2. Pick the area to target
    • Upper ear → back & shoulder tension
    • Middle ear → digestion
    • Earlobe → stress & emotional balance
  3. Apply gentle pressure
    Clip it lightly—never painfully.
  4. Hold briefly
    Keep it on for 5–15 seconds only.
  5. Remove and massage
    Gently rub the area afterward for added relaxation.
