Make sure it’s smooth and not too tight. - Pick the area to target
- Upper ear → back & shoulder tension
- Middle ear → digestion
- Earlobe → stress & emotional balance
- Apply gentle pressure
Clip it lightly—never painfully. - Hold briefly
Keep it on for 5–15 seconds only. - Remove and massage
